WELCOME! HERE YOU CAN FIND OUR WORK PROCESS, IN A SIMPLE COUPLE OF STEPS FOR AN EASY, QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL ANSWER FOR ALL YOUR IDEAS AND REQUESTS.
You can contact us by email, phone, chat or simply popping in to our office, where you will be greeted by a member of friendly staff. After receiving your contact form with your ideas or requests, we will take up to 1 hour to send you the quote (subject to your availability to discuss the details).
02 QUOTATION
After sending us your request and discussing the details, we will send you the quotation via email. It will include materials, hand work and if applicable, application / installation or delivery costs. This can be subject to adjustment, if you change your mind during the production process.
03 ARTWORK
We make your ideas visible. We want to really understand your needs before we start the production, so we ask a lot of questions to deliver the perfect solution for you in accordance with your wishes and requests. Once the artwork is done, we send the project for your appreciation and approval.
04 ORDER TO PROCEED
Once you are happy with the quote and artwork, it is now time to give us the order to proceed. Than in according with our policy THE DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED QUOTATION SHOULD BE PAID.
The deposit of 25% may apply for the orders over 250£
05 DEPOSIT RECEIVED
After confirmation the 25% of the total amount present in your quotation (deposit) is paid, our office team will give green light to our production team to proceed with full execution of your idea or request.
06 APPLICATION vs INSTALLATION
DELIVERY/COURIER vs COLLECTION
At this point all the job will be completed, than depending on the type of job, we offer you the application or installation, or if do not need any of those, we can deliver personally or send by post or courier, whichever suits best your necessities. Alternatively the product can be collected from our premises by yourself.
07 INVOICING
AND PAYMENT OF 75% REMAINING
Finally, when the job is done and the customer is happy, it is now time for our office team to send you the invoice via email with the information about the remaining value to pay (75%).
