We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations under the below terms:
While we do everything in our power to make your order the epitome of perfection, sometimes things go awry. We are committed to making your experience with Bestway Signs Ltd so fabulous that you will want to come back for more and bring your friends along too. As such, we have created the most generous return policy in the industry.
Let Us Know:
If you find there is a problem (fault or damage) with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately by calling us at 01278 422 807 or by filling out our contact form with your order number. You can find your order number on the quotation or order confirmation email. Please note, Bestway Signs Ltd will request the photo of the fault or damage no later than two hours after the notification, so we can find the solution as soon as possible.
If the mistake is something we messed up, we will get your order reprinted and shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time.
Return and Refund of Non-Personalised Signs:
If it was a mistake on your end or simply change of mind, we will ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once the product arrives our facilities, we will refund 75% of the order total (if already fully paid). Please note, the 25% deposit remains non-refundable and will not be refunded in case of voluntary return. We must receive your order within 14 days of your original contact with us about the issue.
Damage from Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, we will work with the delivery company and in the meantime, we will reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.
Exclusions for Bespoke Signs:
Any issues that happen after you successfully receive the sign including installation or additional modifications are not covered under our return policy. We are sorry, but paid design services and personalised signs cannot be refunded.
Returns and refund details:
1. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
3. It is necessary to send the product with tracking number / tracking number when returning the product to our facilities (In case the return is made without any type of tracking number / tracking number and it is lost, the refund will not be processed).
4. The refund of the product will only be made after its arrival at our facilities.
5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Details if my BESTWAY SIGNS LTD, order is returned to the seller:
1 The customer did not respond to attempts to contact the Carrier for possible refunds - 2 times the shipping costs will be deducted (delivery shipping costs + return shipping costs).
2 If the customer wants his order to be sent again - He will have to pay for a new shipment (even if the shipment was free the first time).
3 Customer refused the order – Damaged / No damage - 2 times the shipping costs will be deducted for possible refunds (delivery shipping costs + return shipping costs).
Details if the BESTWAY SIGNS LTD, product is defective:
1. Report to the seller with photos of the defective product to email@example.com with the order number.
2. A possible refund will be considered by the customer support team.
3. We will replace the product at our discretion if it is defective.
Details if the product and/or packaging arrives damaged:
1. Report the damage to the courier upon delivery (If the damage is not reported to the courier upon delivery, we will not proceed with a refund or replacement of the product).
2. You will have to accept shipping from the carrier (If the product returns to our facilities, shipping costs will not be refunded).
3. Inform the seller with photographs of the product and/or the damaged packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
4. We will contact the carrier in question.
5. We will replace the product at our discretion if it is damaged.
** Note: If the product is not reported as damaged upon delivery to the carrier's courier, it will result in no refund or replacement being processed for the damaged item.
If the customer refuses to send back the defective or damaged product, we will not be able to proceed with any refund.
Note: We do not accept returns for customized products. If the customized product arrives damaged, we can replace it at our discretion.
